A modern family 4 bedroom villa on the brow of a hill in Quint Mar offering stunning views over Sitges and relaxed, well-equipped accommodation over two floors and with private pool, gardens, terraces and parking in the drive for 2-3 cars.

Sleeping a maximum of 10 guests with 2 double bedrooms and then 2 rooms sleeping three people in each

The accommodation comprises a master bedroom with large en-suite bath/shower room,a second double bedroom on the same upper floor which has a single bed with fold-away underbed to provide sleeping for 2. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms one with a 140cm double bed with single bunk above and the second offers a bunk bed plus a separate single bed. There is a further bath/shower room.

A large lounge/diner with a comfortable well-equipped kitchen that leads to a large utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house is child and teenager friendly and provides comfort and style for enjoying a family break close enough to Sitges (it is possible to walk into town in approx 25 minutes) but with the privacy and quiet of the semi-rural setting of Qint Mar, backing onto the Garraf National Park.

Maximum sleeping for 8-10 but also could additionally accommodate younger children and/or babies and comes with cot.

There is satellite TV with Canal Plus in the living-room ( for Dutch and English speaking visitors who cannot tear themselves away from the latest soap!!)

Please note that the house is non-smoking so those with the bad weed habit will have to go outside!!
