The garden of the Hotel Liberty will cater for a party of up to 35 people and for larger gatherings (between 50 and 120) the garden, pool and decks and terraces of Villa Jon in the Quint Mar area of Sitges can be used. Half-day tours are available upon request. All excursions and adventures include lunch where indicated, transport, entry fees, IVA (sales tax), assistance and brochures.
Whilst the organisers and agents take every care with service they provide sometimes circumstances are beyond their control. Reasonable effort will be made to provide services outlined and booked.
Reasonable alternatives will be offered or provided, subject to client agreement. Where the organisers cannot agree or make a reasonable alternative provision acceptable to the booking client then a full refund will be given.
Payments by Credit card are subject to a small processing charge of 2%.
