Barcelona Sitges International Vintage Car Rally March the 1st 2026

The Barcelona-Sitges International Vintage Car Rally returns in March 2026. This will be the 68th edition. It is one of the most beloved events in our town.

This is not a speed race. It is a journey back in time. You will see cars built before 1928 driving through the streets. Additionally, the drivers wear period clothing. The visual spectacle is amazing.

A Picture-Perfect Route

The cars start from the center of Barcelona. They cross the famous Garraf Coast. This is a winding road with spectacular views of the Mediterranean.

Finally, the vehicles arrive in Sitges. The big party ends at Plaza de la Fragata. There, you can see the cars up close. The shine of the chrome and the vintage engines create a magical atmosphere.

Sunday, March 1st: The Grand Parade

The main day starts early. The cars will depart from the heart of Barcelona to reach our beloved town. Here are the details:

10:30 AM: Official start from Plaça Sant Jaume, Barcelona.
Barcelona Route: It will pass through Via Laietana, Plaza de España, and Gran Via, leaving the city via Constitució Street.
Towns on the way: The Rally will cross L’Hospitalet, Cornellà, Sant Boi, Viladecans, Gavà, and Castelldefels.
Iconic Stretch: The caravan will follow the Garraf Coast road (C-31). This is the most photographed spot of the event.

Arrival in Sitges

The cars will enter Sitges between 12:15 PM and 12:30 PM. After a stop at the Port of Sitges, they will begin a town tour at 1:30 PM.

2:30 PM: Arrival at La Fragata. The cars will drive through the center (Cap de la Vila, Parellades, and Paseo de la Ribera).
Exhibition: You can see the vehicles up close at La Fragata until approximately 5:30 PM.

Monday, March 2nd: Local Territory Route

On Monday, the event continues. Participants will take a route through the Garraf and Penedès regions. This drive along local roads strengthens the link with the land and its excellent gastronomy.
