Approximately 5 minutes walk to the beach.<\/p>\n<p>It is superbly located for Carnaval, Fiesta Mayor and Corpus Christi. The apartment is second floor walk-up with a view from the balcony (large enough for morning coffee and evening drinks) down the street for people watching and spectating.<\/p>\n<p>It is very light, central, airy and modern with tasteful decorations and furnishings. The apartment has 1 double bedroom with excellent wardrobe storage and another study bedroom with a single bed. The main bedroom and lounge are efficiently air-conditioned and heated. Double doors lead from the lounge onto the balcony. The apartment has parquet flooring throughout, an American style kitchen adjacent to the lounge, good-size shower room and an outside storage area with washing machine. The lounge has a dining table suitable for 4 and is bright and airy with modern furnishings and plants.
