StaySitges would like to welcome you to the fully-equipped ‘Balmins Sea View Apartment’. Your home away from home in Sitges, located just 200 metres from Sitges’ Balmins Beach.
Completely refurbished, this comfortable apartment for up to 2 guests is fitted with 1 double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, flat screen smart tv, and a open plan cosy living-kitchen dining area with a sofa and a flat-screen smart TV. Direct access from the lounge to the open balcony to enjoy the amazing pool and Seaview.
The bathroom comes with a shower. No need to worry about bringing towels and bed linen, we have them all set for you upon arrival.
The kitchen comes with all the appliances you need to prepare a delicious breakfast or meal. This includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.
You’ll also find fast fiber optic Wi-Fi, Air conditioning in the lounge only. This fully equipped apartment, which will make you feel right at home.
This apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, hairdryer and ironing facilities.
For the comfort of those travelling with their little ones, pull out bunk beds are available.
Optional services of late check-out and extra cleaning are available upon request at an extra cost.
The famous Sitges church, shops, bars and restaurants can be reached in a comfortable 12 -minute stroll from the property. Other nearby points of interest we recommend include Sant Sebastià Beach (10-minute walk)
This apartment is located on the ground floor/ 1st floor, only accessible by stairs. From the main access 2 steps up to the apartment door.
Access to the pool roughly around 15 steps. This can be accessed without steps by walking round the outside of the building to the pool area.
*Please kindly note:
- Tourist tax is 1 € per person/night for stays up to 7 consecutive nights and is applicable for guests aged 16 years and above. Payable upon check-in.
- The city government requires a photocopy of all staying guests' ID, which we will kindly need your collaboration before or upon arrival.
