This beautiful 1 bedroomed apartment has been finished to a very high standard incorporating everything you could need for an enjoyable self-sufficient holiday.
The location is truly amazing being only one minute from San Sebastian beach, five minutes from the heart of Sitges old town and less than ten minutes from the marina. It is a perfect base from which to enjoy everything Sitges has to offer.
The apartment is reached via a lift up to the atico, video entry providing additional security. The lounge/diner is of good proportion and includes the large “smart” TV, fibre optic Wi-Fi. Here you can connect your MP3 player into the apartment’s speaker system and have your music played in any room you wish. The air-conditioning is controlled from here. Open kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso machine.
A large sized terrace is accessed from the living area and the bedroom through glass sliding doors. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity of the side sea view, listen to the sea. Lounger chairs have been provided in addition to another dining table so that you can enjoy al fresco dining. The terrace benefits from sunshine most of the day, has an awning.
The bedroom has a king size (150cm) bed together with fitted wardrobes providing ample storage space. The shower room is en suite and incorporates a walk in shower.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- Tourist tax not included.
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.

The apartment is perfect for a couple for a few weeks. It is very comfortable and the large balcony and outdoor furniture means you can live outside in sunny weather. The location is perfect, 2 mins walk to the beautiful beach and lovely bars/cafes see more

The location is perfect, 2 mins walk to the beautiful beach and lovely bars/cafes and restaurants. Only a 5 minute walk to some excellent local shops and the centre of Sitges.
We love staying here and would recommend it highly. |

This apartment is a gem! While it has a small footprint, it is bright and airy with an incredible balcony! There's plenty of space both inside and outside, it's well kitted out, great air con, a small but well-appointed kitchen and a lovely bedroom. see more

Everything we needed was there and a 2 min walk to the beach and restaurants.

Loved the fact that this apartment has a large double sun balcony, ( which you can easily sunbathe on) washing machine & dishwasher & air con. Very convenient for las balmins beach & the carrefour supermarket. It’s quiet so you can sleep. Takes perhsee more

Takes perhaps fractionally longer to get into town, than a central hotel ( but only really a 10 minute walk) this place even has a plinth vacuum cleaner & a heated towel rail ! The place is great.
