Located just moments from the pedestrianised San Sebastian Beach, this budget-friendly ground-floor apartment offers an excellent base for exploring Sitges. A wide selection of bars, cafés, and restaurants are just a short stroll away, while the vibrant Port d’Aiguadolç Marina is nearby, offering a fantastic choice of international dining options.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor. Please note that access to the building is via 3–4 steps down from street level, making it unsuitable for wheelchair users or guests with significant mobility difficulties.

The apartment features a private terrace that sits slightly below street level, creating a sheltered outdoor space. As the terrace is below street level, it does not offer complete privacy. To improve guest comfort, a large remote-controlled awning has been installed above the patio doors, providing additional shade and privacy when required.

Inside, the apartment has elegant new flooring throughout. The fully equipped galley kitchen includes a four-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine with filter function, providing everything needed for self-catering. The spacious living and dining area features a comfortable large sofa, dining table with chairs, and a Smart TV, making it the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.

The fully renovated bedroom includes a comfortable king-size bed, new wardrobes, and double-glazed patio doors opening directly onto the terrace, filling the room with natural light. Air conditioning is available in the bedroom only, ensuring a cool and comfortable night’s sleep during the warmer months.

The modern, newly renovated shower room also serves as a utility room and includes a walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet, and washing machine—ideal after spending the day at nearby San Sebastian or Balmins Beach.

Leonardo is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Sitges’ charming town centre, where you’ll discover boutique shops, cafés, and local markets. The nearby railway station provides excellent transport links, with Barcelona only around 30 minutes away by train.

Please note that the apartment is located close to the railway line. Trains pass regularly during the daytime, and some noise may be heard. However, the bedroom and living areas are fitted with double-glazed windows and doors to help minimise outside noise and provide a comfortable stay.
