Description
Located on C./ San Francesc, a lively street just off of Cap de la Vila, and in the heart of town amid the bars, restaurants and night-life of Sitges. Approximately 5 minutes walk to the beach.
It is superbly located for Carnaval, Fiesta Mayor and Corpus Christi. The apartment is second floor walk-up with a view from the balcony (large enough for morning coffee and evening drinks) down the street for people watching and spectating.
It is very light, central, airy and modern with tasteful decorations and furnishings. The apartment has 1 double bedroom with excellent wardrobe storage and aircon, and another study bedroom with a single bed no aircon. The main bedroom and lounge are efficiently air-conditioned and heated. Double doors lead from the lounge onto the balcony. The apartment has parquet flooring throughout, an American style kitchen, filter coffee machine, Nespresso. Adjacent to the lounge, good-size shower room and an outside storage area with washing machine. The lounge has a dining table suitable for 4 and is bright and airy with furnishings and plants. Well equipped with TV, DVD player, stereo, refrigerator with small freezer space and microwave oven and hob.

We were delighted with sole use of this apartment, which is a short walk from the central Sitges bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment is on the second floor above a nail bar. We found it clean and ideally situated for us. We loved the balcony asee more
We were delighted with sole use of this apartment, which is a short walk from the central Sitges bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment is on the second floor above a nail bar. We found it clean and ideally situated for us. We loved the balcony and check in was easy. The decor was simple but pleasant and the furnishings were comfortable. The main bedroom has air conditioning but the smaller room does not at present. The sitting room and kitchen/diner are also served by an air conditioner. We would be very pleased to stay here again.
