Located on Carrer de Sant Francesc, one of Sitges’ most vibrant streets just moments from Cap de la Vila, Francesc Apartment offers comfortable, good-value accommodation in the very centre of town. Surrounded by restaurants, cafés, bars and shops, you’ll have everything Sitges has to offer on your doorstep, with the beach just a 5-minute walk away. It’s an ideal base for enjoying local events such as Carnaval, Festa Major and Corpus Christi.
The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessed via stairs only (no elevator).
This is a simple, well-maintained apartment offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom and bedrooms were renovated in May 2025, giving the apartment a fresh and modern feel.
The main bedroom features a 160 cm double bed, ample wardrobe space and air conditioning, while the second bedroom offers a single bed and a ceiling fan.
The bright living area includes air conditioning and heating, with French doors opening onto a private balcony overlooking the lively street below—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, combination microwave oven with hob, and all the essentials for preparing meals during your stay. A spacious shower room and a separate utility area with a washing machine add extra convenience.

We were delighted with sole use of this apartment, which is a short walk from the central Sitges bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment is on the second floor above a nail bar. We found it clean and ideally situated for us. We loved the balcony asee more

We found it clean and ideally situated for us. We loved the balcony and check in was easy. The decor was simple but pleasant and the furnishings were comfortable. The main bedroom has air conditioning but the smaller room does not at present. The sitting room and kitchen/diner are also served by an air conditioner. We would be very pleased to stay here again.
