Welcome to Sunrise Apartment, a bright and spacious penthouse perfectly located in the heart of Sitges. Relax on your private balcony overlooking the rooftops of the town, where you can enjoy your morning coffee as the sun rises over the Mediterranean Sea or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine while taking in the beautiful views of the Garraf Mountains and the coastline.
Recently improved with a new access ramp from street level, the building also features a lift (elevator) providing easy access to the apartment.
Inside, the open-plan living and dining area is flooded with natural light and offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Large sliding glass doors open onto the spacious terrace, complete with outdoor dining and seating for four guests—perfect for breakfast in the sunshine or al fresco evenings.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two beautifully furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom features a luxurious 180cm king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom offers two comfortable single beds that can be joined together to create another 180cm king-size bed upon request. A second modern shower room serves the rest of the apartment. Both bedrooms and the living room benefit from air conditioning for year-round comfort.
The fully equipped contemporary kitchen includes everything needed for a relaxing self-catering holiday, including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all essential cookware and utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen is a practical utility area with a washing machine, drying space, iron and ironing board.
Located just a 3-minute walk from Sitges railway station, you’ll enjoy excellent connections to Barcelona, with trains running every 15–20 minutes and reaching the city in around 30 minutes. Spend the day exploring Las Ramblas, visiting Gaudí’s famous landmarks, or venture further afield to PortAventura World and Caribe Aquatic Park, both approximately one hour away.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. It had everything we needed for a week's vacation. The apartment is comfortably furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the storage room contains plenty of useful household items.

The air conditioning worked perfectly in all three rooms. The highlight, however, was the stunning view from the balcony over Sitges and the sea. Although the weather was very hot, we enjoyed a refreshing breeze in the evenings, making it the perfect place to relax. Ashley is a wonderful host. He is very kind and always responds to messages quickly. I highly recommend this apartment, and I will definitely come back again. |

The apartment was absolutely fabulous! It was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect for the beach, old town and IAB. It had everything we needed for a weeks’ stay including beach umbrellas and chair! The most important thing for us was quiet nights as one of our teens had busy days at the IAB - we came prepared with ear plugs but didn’t need to use them. It is in a very quiet location - the only very slight noise being heard on the night that Spain qualified for the Euro finals! Ashley welcome us to the apartment on arrival and explained everything and informed us we could contact him 24/7 (we didn’t have to). The price was lower than other apartments we had seen online - such great value for money. I would highly recommend and hope to return some day to the beautiful Sitges and this apartment!

The apartment is located in a great position, near enough to walk everywhere yet far enough away from the noise when you´ve had enough of it. It has just about everything you need including a great view. This is our second time staying there and wesee more

Un point très positif était le confort des matelas dans les 2 chambres.
Un autre point très positif était la terrasse à l est ( un peu chaud le matin pour prendre le petit déjeuner mais très bien ensuite pour le déjeuner et le dîner. )Un plus aussi pour la climatisation de l appartement. |
