Avec un look moderne et des équipements contemporains, nous avons hâte de partager ce cadre vibrant avec vous. Venez découvrir la chaleur et le confort qui vous attendent !
Cet appartement est fantastique pour ceux qui apprécient des vues spectaculaires. Situé presque en front de mer avec une vue magnifique sur la Méditerranée et la belle vieille ville historique.
Rénové en janvier 2025
L'appartement est situé dans l'une des ruelles étroites de la vieille partie de Sitges, dans un emplacement fantastique. À deux pas de la plage de San Sebastian avec tous ses bars et restaurants merveilleux et situé pratiquement à côté de l'église Saint-Barthélemy mondialement connue.
De grandes fenêtres vitrées donnent sur une grande terrasse de 45 mètres carrés, qui dispose d'une pergola, de transats et d'une table de salle à manger avec chaises. C'est l'endroit où vous passerez la plupart de votre temps et où vous pourrez dîner en plein air. Détendez-vous sur les transats ou simplement vous asseoir et déguster votre champagne en regardant la belle Méditerranée.
L'entrée de l'immeuble résidentiel se fait par un portail en fer forgé et l'appartement est situé au sommet du bâtiment au troisième étage, accessible par les escaliers.
Dès l'entrée de l'appartement, vous accédez au salon/cuisine qui dispose d'une télévision intelligente à écran plat, d'un Wi-Fi à fibre optique avec téléchargement de 510 et upload de 541 Mbps, et de sièges en cuir.
La cuisine moderne de style américain se trouve sur la gauche et contient tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances en auto-cuisine, une machine Nespresso avec un grand bar petit-déjeuner et des sièges pour quatre personnes.
La chambre une dispose d'un lit double de 160 cm, la chambre 2 d'un lit de 150 cm, avec de grands placards intégrés offrant beaucoup d'espace pour vos tenues de soirée.
La nouvelle salle de bain est moderne et dispose d'une fabuleuse grande douche à l'italienne.
Cet appartement est parfaitement situé, moderne, confortable et dispose de la terrasse la plus fabuleuse. C'est l'endroit idéal pour passer vos vacances à Sitges.

The only niggle we have is that the lock to the entrance gate to the building was a bit fiddly to work at times.
